How does the process work?
Once we have received your claims filing service agreement, we will begin to work directly on your behalf with all appropriate parties by: gathering any/all supporting records, preparing all relative information for claim submissions, evaluating all information for potential loss and recovery value, submitting all claim materials, and communicating with all appropriate parties during the entire filing process.
How are we compensated?
The claims filing process has no up-front costs or hidden fees. ARC Solutions retains a percentage of any claim recovered for a client after the settlement award has been received. We only receive compensation if you are compensated.
Do I need to use a third party to manage our claims recovery process?
Absolutely not. You are free to file your own claim. However, our value is our knowledge, experience, and the time that we save you so that you can stay devoted to your core operations. Allow ARC Solutions to navigate your company through the often complex recovery process.
Are we involved in the legal process?
No. We work for you coordinating the appropriate filing materials with the appropriate parties.
What am I required to do?
Some claims may require documentation and we may need to contact you to provide additional information. We work to simplify this process as much as possible to not disrupt your operations.
When will I receive my recovery?
If you are entitled to a recovery, the administrator will send payment to ARC Solutions. After review to ensure the proper recovery was received, ARC Solutions will forward your payment, less appropriate commission fees.
What if the case is international?
We have the expertise and associations to support filings on international group action settlements.
Can I participate in a claim filing even if the deadline has passed?
On occasion, the administrator, and/or the court, will accept and pay claims filed after the original deadline date. Payment is not guaranteed given the timing of filing. However, we strongly advise and would assist in submitting all late claims for your company in effort to collect your rightful distribution.
